This is the West Side of a humongous oceanfront duplex, each side boasting 2500 square feet of very livable space. 5 bedrooms, 5 baths, two huge living areas, roomy newly modernized kitchen and dining, giant front porch, and an additional huge private pool that is shared only by the two sides of the duplex.

There is an refreshed entirely supplied kitchen, new kitchen appliances, new washing machine and dryer, new dining table and chairs, new living room furnishings, new LVT floors downstairs. new full and queen beds. The pool has been completely redone - new bottom, new tiles, new surround. There is a second refrigerator in the storage room under the home.

From after Labor day to Memorial day (Sep-May) units require a two nighttime minimum. Labor Day and Memorial day weekends require a three nighttime minimum. OUR WEEKLY BOOKINGS DURING THIS PERIOD RUN SUNDAY TO SUNDAY.

The cavernous living area feels even bigger with nine-foot ceilings. The vistas from the sizable front porch and second-floor deck are beautiful.

Sunbathe and read, frolic in the tidal pools, body surf or ride the waves on body boards. Walk the beach and collect shells for miles in either direction. Want to check on what fisherman are catching? Drop by the pier which is just a five-min. walk away. Interested in putt-putt, ice-cream, beach stores, eateries, or the coastal museum? They are all within an painless ten-min. walk from this prime island location.

Ready for a dip in fresh water? This home offers one of the biggest pools on the island with comfortable calming chairs surrounding it.
