Expansive kitchen island offers seating for 6 along with adjoining dining room with a table that seats 12. Expansive walk-in pantry tons of space for food storage and coolers. The open concept living room with a two-story vaulted ceiling includes two full size couches, chairs, and comfortably seats enormous groups for TV watching or hanging out. A powder room and laundry room are conveniently located on the main floor just off the living room.

Three of the seven bedrooms are on the main floor. Each bedroom on the first floor includes its own private bath. The huge master is located on the main floor and includes a bath with double sink and separate water closet with toilet, tub, and shower. The master also has an over-sized chair with a pull-out twin sleeper. Please note: Linens are not supplied for sleeper couches, but you can choose to add a set of linens for the sleeper for an additional fee.

The 1/2 acre grounds offer privacy with a fenced yard, over-sized saltwater pool with sizable pool deck ideal for calming, grilling or appreciating the afternoon sun and warm nighttime breeze. The cavernous oceanfront porch offers expansive vistas of the ocean and overlooks the bespoke, over-sized pool below. The pool is the one of the biggest on the island surrounded by a giant pool deck with lounge chairs and rockers. Two large porches on the street side of the home have extraordinary vistas of the ICW and boats sailing by. Savor evening walks along the lighted catwalk down to the secluded beach. This pool is open year-round. Pool heat may be available November- March upon advance request only, with a pool heating fee of $500 plus tax, paid in advance. Pools are cleaned before arrival, and also cleaned mid-stay for 7-nighttime units.
