Spectacular beach home. Highly charming location. Located two blocks from the main beach access (the boardwalk) and one block from all eateries. House is 3 bedrooms and 1 and 1/2 bath. Includes 3 queen beds. This home has a humongous yard and tons of parking. We are one block from the Boardwalk which features many stores and eateries. Just blocks from the home is the Marina with daily departures on fishing charters, sunset cruises, dinner cruises, and boat units. We have a rinse-off area on the back deck. Also, on the back deck we provide a grille. Included are bed sheets and towels. All beds have brand new Serta bed. We provide all linens. The kitchen is entirely supplied with all pots, pans, cups, and silverware needed. It also includes a brand new stainless dishwasher, stove, and refrigerator. All bedrooms have wall mounted intelligent TV'S! We provide a washer and dryer in the laundry room. This home is kept very clean and can be a ideal vacation.

**** Also all rental prices are based on occupancy. I ACCEPTED YOUR RESERVATION BASED ON THE TOTAL PEOPLE ON YOUR BOOKING REQUEST. We have had numerous problems this year with over occupancy and I just want to be 100% up front the expectation on rental occupancy and guidelines. Kids and Babies are considered people and will be counted in occupancy totals.

We also do not allow family pets or smoking.

Many families book their Summer rental homes during Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years Eve get-togethers. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
  • Summer is the most expensive season in the Wilmington, NC area. To find the most suitable rental within budget, we recommend reserving in Spring or Fall. You'll benefit from lower rates, better selection, beautiful weather and the absence of large crowds at local restaurants, tours, and activities. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Wilmington, NC vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation near the ocean? Thanksgiving and Christmas are great times to gather with family and friends at the beach.
  • Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective host whether your vacationing group qualifies for a reduced rate.

  • When it's time to leave, complete a final walk-through to make sure you didn't leave anything behind. Make sure to check bathrooms, garages, and back yards for hidden belongings. Clean out the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Go through the rental a final time and scan for damages to contents or the property itself. We advise inspecting the property with the property manager whenever you can. If the property manager isn't available, take photos of the property to record its condition at check-out.
  • Did your group have a fantastic time? Many rental managers make it easy for clients to provide reviews. If your rental and/or property manager was terrific, they would love to hear it. If anything was imperfect and they failed to address it reasonably, or if the vacation rental wasn't as described, you'll want to make a note as part of your review.
