The living room and kitchen are oceanfront, while both bedrooms are street side. The primary bedroom has a Queen bed, private bathroom and access to the private street side balcony area. The second bedroom is complete with a Queen bed, and the unit also has a sleeper couch in the living room. Sit outside and breathe in the fresh air on the oceanfront deck which is great for outdoor dining and sunbathing.

"Madrid" is a second floor unit with amazing vistas of the Atlantic. A private walkover to the beach and an outside shower are located at the rear of the building. There is assigned parking underneath the building for one car and an additional parking space is located in the concrete lot across the street.
