LIVING & DINING

The main living room, kitchen, and dining area are located on the top floor, giving the group a comfortable central space to gather.

The completely equipped kitchen features modern appliances, a full-size refrigerator, island seating, and both drip and Keurig coffee makers.

The huge top-level rear deck is accessible directly from the living and dining area and includes an outdoor picnic table for meals outside.

Additional cold storage includes a full-size refrigerator on the ground level for painless pool access and a mini refrigerator at the tiki bar.

PRIVATE POOL & OUTDOOR LIVING

The fenced private pool is mostly sunny, with loungers, Adirondack chairs, an umbrella, and a shaded hammock area offering plenty of options for settling in.

The tiki bar features a TV, mini refrigerator, barstools, and easy access to the gas grille. A ground-level bathroom is conveniently located close by.

Pool floats and pool basketball equipment are supplied, and an outdoor shower makes rinsing off after the beach easy.

A gas grille is supplied; propane is not supplied. Guests may bring their own tank or arrange propane delivery through available guest services after booking.

Pool heating is optional, requires a 3-nighttime minimum, and is available by request outside of Memorial Day through Labor Day. Please request heating at least 2 weeks prior to check-in and contact the host/property manager prior to booking for additional information.

DECKS, BALCONIES & CROW'S NEST

Outdoor spaces stretch across multiple levels of Mint Condition.

The two mid-level bunk rooms each access their own private front balcony with rocking chairs. The mid-level King and Queen suites open to the enormous rear deck with a hammock and seating.

Upstairs, the King and Queen bedrooms each have their own private front balcony. The main living and dining area opens onto the broad rear deck with outdoor dining.

A staircase from the top rear deck leads to the crow's nest, where elevated seating and a table provide handsome ocean vistas.

Every bedroom has access to a balcony or deck.

GAMES & BEACH DAYS

Ping pong and cornhole provide ground-level entertainment between beach and pool trips.

At least 6 beach chairs are included, along with a varying collection of beach and pool gear. Pool floats and pool basketball equipment are also available for guest use.

PROVIDED GOLF CART

A 4-passenger street-legal golf cart is included with your stay at no additional charge.

Golf cart operators must be at least 21 years old and possess a valid driver's license. Guests are responsible for complying with applicable laws and the golf cart terms supplied with the rental agreement.

Your cleaning fee includes professional departure cleaning along with the following:

LINENS & TOWELS

Fresh white bed linens with beds made prior to arrival.

One white bath towel and two washcloths are supplied for each potential guest up to the property's max. occupancy of 15, regardless of the actual number of guests staying.

One hand towel is supplied for each bathroom sink, along with a bathmat for each shower or tub.

Kitchen towels are also supplied.

STARTER AMENITIES

Your stay includes a starter supply of:

SMOKE-COMPLIMENTARY & DRUG-COMPLIMENTARY PROPERTY

All Pier 42 properties are smoke-complimentary and drug-complimentary. Smoking, vaping, and recreational drug use are prohibited.

PET POLICY

Family Animals are not allowed unless otherwise authorized at this property. Failure to acquire proper authorization will incur additional costs. This policy should not be interpreted as a guarantee that animals have never been present at the property.

Trained service animals are allowed as required by applicable law. Emotional support animals are not considered service animals and are not allowed unless otherwise required by applicable law or applicable booking platform policy.

POOL HEATING

Optional pool heating is available with a 3-nighttime minimum outside of Memorial Day through Labor Day. Pool heating must be requested at least 2 weeks prior to check-in.

Weather and environmental conditions affect pool heating performance, and an exact water temperature cannot be guaranteed. Please contact the host/property manager prior to booking for additional information.

PARKING

Parking is available for roughly 3 cars due to local parking restrictions. Please contact the host/property manager for information regarding additional parking options.

CANCELLATION POLICY

You may cancel any reservation and receive a full refund of all amounts paid excluding the "admin fee" (if applicable) if you notify Pier 42 Realty & Vacations in writing (by e-mail or letter) of your intention to cancel the reservation at least sixty (60) days prior to the check-in date. In the event that you cancel your reservation within sixty (60) days of your check-in date, for any or no reason, (including the failure to pay the final payment due 60 days before the stay), including inclement weather, you shall not be eligible for a refund of any payments made to Pier 42 Realty & Vacation Units. Admin costs are non-returnable.
