*Additional Fees
- Dog fee of $200/per stay (1 dog per reservation). Animals are allowed in the outdoor areas, 1st floor, and 2nd floor of the home. We kindly request no family pets on the 3rd floor or in beds. Accessories including dog beds are supplied in the laundry room closet. Equipment is sanitized between stays.

- Pool heating fee of $150/day (Hot tub is complimentary of charge). Please let us know which days of your reservation you'd like the heated pool active. This cost reflects the increase in cost of propane to keep the pool heated. Payment must be received before heating is turned on. No additional charge for use of hot tub.

*We are kid-friendly! Utensils, plates, bowls, and cups for kids are available. Wooden high-chair and Pack n Play are included. A step up stool for kids to reach the sink are on each floor.

*Please note that we do not offer refunds for weather-related issues, power outages, natural disasters, or any other circumstances beyond our control. We recommend using 3rd event trip insurance if there is concern for weather related issues.

*We provide an initial stock of basic supplies including toilet paper, paper towels, K-cups/teabags, soap, dishwashing pods, laundry detergent pods, linens, and body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. You may need to obtain more for the remainder of your stay.

Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with loved ones at your favorite beach.
• The earlier your group can reserve a home, the better your selection will be. The most desirable properties are booked very early. Booking your rental up to twelve months before your travel dates is recommended. Holidays such as Christmas and Thanksgiving are excellent times to search for and reserve your rental property.
• Property management companies sometimes offer discounts or promotional rates for veterans and active duty military. Remember to ask your host or property manager if special offers are available for your group before you book.

• Go through the rental a final time and scan for damages to contents or the property itself. We suggest walking through with the host whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the property manager isn't available, remember to take photographs of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
