Step inside and soak up the impressive interior with modern finishes and beachy details that put you right in vacation mode. The bright kitchen is completely supplied for your stay, so prepping delicious meals for your family is a breeze. Appreciate them together at the dining table, or step outside and dine al fresco beside the pool. Kitchen barstools make chit chat and fast snacks painless. Hang out in the living room for a movie nighttime or catching up on some reading.



Comfort and convenience are a priority, so there are 3 master bedrooms and a full hall bath to share. There are 3 king bedrooms, a queen bedroom, and a bunk bedroom that sleeps 4. A laundry area with a washer and dryer is available as well.



Outside, take a dip in the shining pool, or relax into one of the loungers and work on your suntan! The pool can be heated with advance request for $75/nighttime or $500/week. The beach is an simple 3 min walk away, and an outdoor shower helps keep the home comfortable and sand complimentary for your stay.

Guest Access:

Detailed check-in instructions and a unique access code will be included prior to arrival.



**Per HOA guidelines and local laws, the guests making the reservation must be at least 23 years old and be present during the entire duration of the stay. For non-family groups, all guests must be over the age of 23. If this rule or the home occupancy limit is breached, guests may be subject to fines or eviction.**



The home is supplied with a starter supply of paper products and toiletries to get going, but it is recommended that you bring or purchase more to last for the duration of your stay.



**Pool will open April 1st and close in early November**

Oak Island is a beach town that is separated from the mainland by the Intracoastal Waterway. Known primarily as a family beach town, it offers plenty of activities throughout the summer, including a variety of marathons/5Ks, live music, farmers markets, and more. The Intracoastal Waterway is trendy for kayakers and fishing, and the town has plenty of golf courses, nature walks and cycling for those who like to stay on land.

The exact property address and home details will be sent to you with the check in instructions so you can comfortably plan your travels.



Other Things to Note:

Payment schedule: 50% at time of booking, 50% or remaining balance due 30 days before arrival.



The following violations may be subject to additional fines up to $300: any family pets, late departure without approval by host, & home left excessively messy.

Potential Wifi outages will always be handled in a timely manner and resolved to the best of our ability. Unfortunately it is not guaranteed that our solutions will fix the issue and refunds will not be given for Wifi malfunctions.
