Summer Salt has 5 bedrooms and sleeps 11. The main floor includes 2 bedrooms, a full bath, a deck off the dining area on the street side, and a sizable oceanfront deck. The upper floor has 3 more bedrooms, a full bath, and an oceanfront balcony off the upstairs primary bedroom. On the ground floor, there's an additional shower in the laundry room that is equipped with a full-size washer and dryer.

Appreciate your front row seats to sunrises and sunsets from the cavernous oceanfront deck! The deck offers new rocking chairs, chaise loungers, and a picnic table.

The Town of Oak Island is investing in one of its biggest beach nourishment projects in decades, bringing fresh sand and a wider beach to the island. The work will be finished in April '26 so that sea turtle nesting is not disturbed. This project greatly enhances beach space and shoreline protection for beach lovers and returning visitors.
