Bait's Motel offers four well-appointed bedrooms upstairs, each providing a calming sanctuary for restful nights. The sizable primary bedroom has a king bed and an ensuite bathroom. The three other bedrooms offer a room with queen bed, a room with two twin beds and in 2024, a bunk room featuring four beds was added, All bedrooms have Intelligent TVs. Two full baths are in the upstairs hallway.

Downstairs is a media room with another TV. The home has tons of games for family fun.

A porch swing is on the exterior next to the Weber propane grille. In addition, a full-size stand-alone freezer is inside, and an additional refrigerator is in the garage.

The home comes with three golf carts: a 6-seater, a 4-seater and 4-seater convertible.

Despite its seclusion, the property is conveniently located near South Beach, BHI Club and the market/stores.
