Additional Notes:
1). Pool access available! (Pool Dates: Open from April 15th through Labor Day)
2). The condo is on the 3rd floor. The view is charming but does come with stairs to climb as there is no elevator on the property.
3). Peak season (Memorial Day through Labor Day) only accepts for one parking space on the property. There is additional paid-parking available close by. Two cars are allowed on the property during the off season.
