There is a newly stained covered porch overlooking the ocean with benches and rocking chairs. Freshly stained porch with bench on street side. In addition to a sundeck, there are simple to climb steps with landing, down to the beach. Enormous enclosed outside shower/dressing area with hot/cold water, outside shower and ample parking. Ocean Isle fishing Pier is 6/10 mile down the beach!

Ocean Isle is within 15 miles of 30 or more golf courses and tons of great eateries. Only 15 mins. from the Seafood Capital of the World - (Calabash, North Carolina) and 2 miles from our local airport! Check-in time is 3 pm (or earlier if possible?) and check-out time 10 am.

The Ocean View was constructed in 1965 and approved by local building standards and codes.
