On the main level, one bedroom includes two double beds and a TV, while the second bedroom features a queen bed and a single bed and a private half bath (toilet and sink). A full hallway bathroom with a shower/tub combination is conveniently located just outside the bedrooms. Upstairs, the roomy primary bedroom offers a king bed, TV, private full bath, and access to a sizable street-side deck with patio furnishings and a appealing swing — the ideal spot to relax with a book or evening breeze.

The open living area invites you to gather and savor the view from the private oceanfront balcony. The dining table seats four comfortably, and five additional barstools at the kitchen counter provide plenty of space for everybody to share meals together.

Guests appreciate modern amenities including central heat and air, a washer and dryer, dishwasher, microwave, Wi-Fi, and elevator access. The community offers a seasonal oceanfront pool, outdoor showers, and a picnic area with Hibachi grilles for casual cookouts by the water.

This property features keyless entry for effortless check-in. A three-nighttime minimum stay is required before June 2 and after September 1. Pillows and bedspreads are included; guests should bring or rent sheets, towels, and paper products. All properties are non-smoking, and family pets are not allowed. Parking regulations prohibit jet skis, boats, trailers, or golf carts on the premises.

*Sheets, bedspreads, and pillows are supplied for each bed to ensure guest comfort and convenience during your stay. Bath towels are supplied for the max. occupancy of the unit, and all linens are cleaned and maintained to high standards prior to each new occupancy. Linens will be delivered in a labeled bag and placed outside of the door prior to arrival. At the end of your stay, PLEASE PLACE ALL USED LINENS BACK IN THE BAG AND LEAVE IT OUTSIDE THE FRONT DOOR FOR PICK UP. Paper and soap products are not supplied.
