Additionally, shampoo and conditioner. This oceanfront condominium has many upgrades and new furnishings, including secure sliding glass doors. A cavernous oceanfront deck, a teak wood dining table, and chairs to watch the dolphins and surfers. SPECIAL NOTE: Beach erosion has effected shoreline width but does not impact oceanfront vistas or pool access - your oceanfront experience remains gorgeous! The town has temporarily closed the access at Sea Oats Lane. It will now be necessary to use the next few accesses south of the condo. If you carry a lot of stuff, you can use the beach carts we provide for you in the garage. Late afternoon, appreciate the pool and watch the sunset. Wi-Fi is supplied. We don't pass on credit card costs or charge a registration fee or a "processing" fee. Our only fee is the cleaning fee. All other costs are from Vrbo. We constantly upgrade our units so your vacation is the best ever.

Near By the City of Wilmington: Historic downtown Wilmington hosts cobblestone streets and a walkway along the Cape Fear River, complete with eateries, bars, shopping, horse-driven carriages, tour boats, coffee stores, tea rooms, entertainment, the theatre, thalian hall productions, and host to many movies made in Wilmington. There is also a movie studio that gives tours out by the airport. Wilmington also hosts Sun Down Celebrations, a convention center, and the legendary Azalea Festival.
