From the pilings to the interior and ALL new furnishings (furnishings/leather sectionals/art/encapsulated beds and pillows). Charming wood-style LVP floor flows throughout, and there is plenty of space to appreciate your favorite coastal cuisine at the dining table that provides seating for 10, with four additional seats at the breakfast bar. A chef-inspired kitchen brings in a timeless design with waterfall quartz counters, stainless steel appliances, and white cabinets that are well-supplied for all your cooking and dining needs!

The oceanfront master welcomes you to a king bed, 6-drawer dresser, and 2-drawer nightstand for plenty of space for your favorite vacation attire! Through a shared full bathroom that has been remodeled and features a walk-in shower with handsome coral tile, you will find a second bedroom that is finished with a pair of queen beds, 5-drawer dresser, and open clothes rack for hanging garments.
