Watch the sunrise over the ocean from the private deck. Watch the dolphins play in the water. Appreciate the sound of the surf, walk on the soft white sand, pick up seashells and swim in the ocean. This very private, first floor end unit, oceanfront, 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo in the extremely desired Sand Pebbles community, is just steps from the beach, accessible by 2 private walkways across the dunes, plus 2 enormous pools overlooking the ocean. Just a few blocks down from the Lake and Carolina Beach Boardwalk, where you are close to many of the attractions and eateries of Carolina Beach. There are comfortable furnishings through out the condo, an open living and dining area with a entirely equipped kitchen. The master bedroom also overlooks the beach. It has a queen size bed with its own private bath. The second bedroom has both a queen bed and twin. This condo has all the amenities of home! Covered parking for up to two cars. Everything supplied, except for linens and towels, and the returnable security deposit. ( I don't want to mislead deck swing has been replaced with a glider.) Please ask for more photos.

Tips to get the best Wilmington, NC vacation property experience:

When to book & When to go:

  • Reserve your rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules often open 12 months in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends). Many families reserve their Summer rental homes during holiday gatherings. Book before these holidays for best selection.
  • Summer months are high season in Carolina Beach. Reserve your rental in the Fall or Spring to get the benefit of gorgeous weather while saving money and avoiding crowded roads, restaurants, and activities. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Wilmington, NC vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation on the coast? Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with family and friends at your favorite beach.
  • Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property management company or host if your family qualifies for a special promotion or discount.
  • Property management companies frequently offer their guests an option to purchase trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which will generally cost 1% - 5% of the base booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any missed days as a result of medical-related catastrophes or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional evacuation costs, such as an unexpected hotel or extra fuel expenses. Trip insurance might be a a bank account-saver if the unforeseen happens. Ask your host for additional information.
  • Many property management companies supply Wilmington, NC area travel guides which include coupons, either offered directly by local businesses, or by way of a relationship with the property management company and the business itself. You can also find Wilmington, NC visitors guide magazine and coupon books at local grocery stores, shopping centers, and visitor centers.

Selecting the perfect vacation home:

  • Choose a group leader, choose your vacation dates, and choose a spending budget.
  • Determine how many beds and the bed configuration your family requires. OCEANFRONT PARADISE on Carolina Beach, private first floor end unit has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. If you need a larger or smaller rental, use our Wilmington, NC rental home search.
  • Precise information regarding bedrooms and bed counts & types is generally accessible on booking websites. If they are not listed, contact the property manager before you book the vacation home. Note that most property listings specify maximum guest capacity, which frequently includes pull-out couches. You'll need to determine what is optimal for your trip.
  • Some rental properties allow pets, and others do not. Allowable types of dog or cat, weight and breeds may be restricted, and added costs may apply. Ask the property manager about your furry family members before booking.
  • Visiting for a specific attraction or event? Use a map search to browse nearby rentals.
  • Suitable accessibility amenities can make or break a vacation for guests with disabilities. Make certain to inquire about wheel chair accessibility, pool lifts and specialized equipment needs.

Advice for a great stay:

  • We recommend storing the host's contact information in your smartphone.
  • Ask questions. You may need instructions for a garage door opener, intercom or appliance. Contact your property manager. They are there to help! A brief telephone call prevents lots of issues.
  • Lock your rental home while you're out. Keep your property safe!
  • To make sure damages aren't attributed to your visit, make a record of any problem areas upon check in. text the rental manager right away to record any damages. If there is a dispute, having the recorded issues and contact attempts will be useful.
  • Respecting late-night quiet hours and parking restrictions can make a stay more pleasurable. You will magnify your chance to make some new local friends, and resident neighbors can be an incredible source for finding the best local spots.
  • Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local resident! Neighbors can typically point you in the right direction. Who better to ask where to launch your kayaks, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for fine dining?
  • Don't leave anything behind! Before you drive away, walk through the property to make sure you've collected all of your things. Make sure to check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden treasure. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Walk through the rental a final time and look for damage. We recommend walking through with the host whenever you can. If the property manager is not available, remember to take video of the property to record its condition at check-out.
  • Did you have a terrific stay? Many rental home management companies make it easy for clients to provide reviews. If your rental and/or property management company was wonderful, they would love to hear about it. If anything was wrong and they failed to correct it reasonably, or if the vacation rental wasn't described correctly, you'll want to make a note as part of your feedback.
