Jimmy Buffet themed home located on the East end of Ocean Isle Beach, with unique decor, open floor plan, and 4 bedrooms and 2 full baths on one level. Bed sizes range from 2 Kings, 1 Queen, and 2 full size beds, sleeping up to 10 guests! No paper products, or bed/bath/kitchen linens are supplied so be sure to bring your favorites from home! Bedspreads and pillows are supplied. Beach chairs or umbrellas are not included. Saturday to Saturday rental only for the months of June, July, and August, with no exceptions for these months. If dates are accidentally made for any other days, they will be revised and have to be resubmitted for June, July and August for Saturday to Saturday. The washer and dryer are in a cavernous laundry room under the home. Under the home is where you will also find a shower, table and chairs with a sizable intelligent TV, and an additional full size side by side refrigerator. Furnished decks provide the ideal place to hang out and relax, and appreciate gorgeous sunrises and sunsets! We have a private access walkway to the beach, with a roomy deck there , as well as deck space on street side of the home. New pool has been installed in 2026, and it's heated, ready to use! Parking for 4-5 depending on size of car. Updates include new siding, new windows and doors, new heat and AC, new fridges, and new rockers and tables/chairs. The table and chairs on the deck provides an additional eating space, it's so nice to eat by the ocean! No family pets allowed. Parrothead Isle is a welcome getaway, be prepared for extraordinary sunrise and sunset vistas and complete relaxation, you might not want to leave!!
