Jimmy Buffet themed home located on the East end of Ocean Isle Beach, with unique decor, open floor plan, and 4 bedrooms and 2 full baths on one level. Bed sizes range from 2 Kings, 1 Queen, and 2 full size, sleeping up to 10 guests! No paper products, or bed/bath/kitchen linens are supplied so be sure to bring your favorites from home! Beach chairs or umbrellas are not included. Saturday to Saturday rental only for months of June, July, and August, no exceptions for these months. If dates are accidentally made for any other days they will be revised and have to be resubmitted for June, July and August. Washer/dryer and full shower in basement area. Substantial furnished deck provides the ideal place to hang out and relax, and savor gorgeous sunrises and sunsets! Private access walkway to beach was redone in 2020. Additional deck space on front of home, as well as space below the oceanfront deck with a fenced in sandy area. Parking for 4-5 depending on size of car. Updates in 2023 include new siding, new windows and doors, and new deck rockers and modest chairside tables, also table with seating for 4 on deck. And new Heat and AC, as well as a new refrigerator. The sight and sound of the ocean is mesmerizing!
