The first bedroom features a king bed, while the second offers a queen bed. Both rooms are equipped with Intelligent TVs for your entertainment. The cavernous living room also includes a Intelligent TV, making it simple to relax after a day of sun and sand. The entirely-equipped kitchen has everything you need, including a Keurig and regular coffee maker to start your day right.

Sliding glass doors open onto a huge deck, ideal for appreciating your morning coffee or an afternoon drink while soaking in the vistas. A shared gazebo with seating is located on the walkway to the beach, providing a ideal spot to relax. Plus, you're just a short walk from the pier, where you'll find stores, entertainment, and eateries.

**Conveniences** include central heat and air, dishwasher, microwave, ceiling fans, high-speed internet, and more.

Please note that there is no washer and dryer on the property, and this condo does not have an outside golf cart outlet.

**Important Info**: EV charging is stringently prohibited at this complex (cars, golf carts, bicycles, scooters, skateboards, wheelchairs, etc.). *Sheets, bedspreads, and pillows are supplied for each bed to ensure guest comfort and convenience during your stay. Bath towels are supplied for the max. occupancy of the unit, and all linens are cleaned and maintained to high standards prior to each new occupancy. Linens will be delivered in a labeled bag and placed outside of the door prior to arrival. At the end of your stay, PLEASE PLACE ALL USED LINENS BACK IN THE BAG AND LEAVE IT OUTSIDE THE FRONT DOOR FOR PICK UP. Paper and soap products are not supplied. The linen package is included with every reservation and is not optional.*

This condo is **non-smoking** and **no family pets** allowed.

A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining 50% balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
In the event of cancellation, refunds will only be issued if the property is re-rented for the same dates and rental rate. If re-rented, all payments will be refunded, less a our administrative and convenience fee.
If the property is not re-rented, all payments are forfeited.
This cancellation policy supersedes Vacation Rental By Owner’s platform settings and applies to all reservations booked through Williamson Realty Vacations.
