Check-in and out days in summer season is Friday-Friday. Ferry reservations should be made to coincide with the assigned check-in/out times which are 4:30pm property check-in and 10:00am property check-out. Ferry reservations should be made no earlier than 4:00pm. for arrivals and no later than 10:30am for departures. There are no accommodations made for early check-in or late arrivals.

You'll benefit from lower rental rates, better selection, warm weather and the absence of giant crowds at popular attractions and restaurants. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Wilmington, NC vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday on the coast? Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years Eve are great times to gather with family and friends at the beach.
  • Book your rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules generally open twelve months in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many families book their Summer rental homes during Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years Eve gatherings. Book before these holidays for best selection.
