This beautiful coastal home, with unique layout, is the ideal spot for a BHI vacation. As you ascend to the main entrance, an inviting front deck gracefully extends to a roomy back deck, ideal for outdoor living. Upon entering the home, you'll discover generously sized living spaces, including a screened porch, sunken formal dining room with wine/beer refrigerator, a living room with soaring ceilings and fireplace, a completely modernized kitchen with new appliances and an broad bar island. The first level is finished by a half bathroom and three bedrooms: two primary king bedrooms with TVs and ensuite bathrooms, third bedroom with two twin beds and TV. Upstairs, there are two additional bedrooms (one queen, two doubles with T.V.), a bathroom, and a loft area. Throughout the home, glimpses of the ocean and the adjacent golf course can be appreciated. Under the raised pilings, the first floor features a garage, storage area, mud room, and convenient indoor and outdoor showers.

The home comes equipped with beach chairs and games for kids of all ages.

The home has two golf carts to transport you around the island; a six-seater and a four-seater (one a new 2022 Bentelli).

Option for BOTH Shoals Club and/or Bald Head Island Club memberships - separate price(s).

One outdoor video cameras monitor the exterior of the home. Footage remains private and in no way infringes upon the expectation of privacy in these public areas.

Bald Head Island is home to this vacation home. Bald Head Island Lighthouse and Oak Island Lighthouse are local landmarks, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at The Clubs at St. James and Southport Marina. Traveling with kids?
