A splendid, peaceful and roomy condo located in Sea Trail resort. Walk to the Town Park (right on the intracoastal waterway) which has farmers market(seasonal), fishing piers, boat launch and concerts. Appreciate golf on one of 3 on site courses (Unit is on 7th hole of Maples). See why National Geographic rated Sunset Beach one of the top beaches in the world- just a short (2-3 min.) drive or bicycle ride over the bridge to the beach (beach chairs included), or use the pool (supplied) just steps away.
The space
3 bedrooms, 3 baths. Downstairs bedroom has sliding doors onto screened porch. 1 of 2 upstairs bedrooms is in open loft space overlooking living room.
Guest access
There are parking spots directly in front of the building as well as space for modest truck or boat. Note that the main entrance is up a flight of stairs.

About the Area

This condo is located in Sea Trail, a neighborhood in Sunset Beach. While the natural beauty of Ocean Isle Beach and Holden Beach can be enjoyed by anyone, those looking for an activity can check out Cherry Grove Pier.
Ingram Planetarium and Museum of Coastal Carolina are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.

  • Please make sure to walk through the property a final time and look for any damage. We suggest walking through with the property manager whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the manager isn't available, take video of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
