Well-outfitted kitchen, many recent upgrades including new beds, floor and kitchen appliances, plenty of room to relax, and great outdoor amenities make this home the ideal get away for a huge family or a few sets of friends. With vistas of the ocean and the sound, this property is in a ideal location, one row back from the ocean. Walk up to Oyster Shell access, just a few homes away, for fast public access. The home also sits about 1 mile from the boardwalk, dinner, treats and entertainment, AND 1 mile from the pier which has opened a new bar with great vistas. The home also has an outdoor shower, plenty of parking for 4-5 cars, and a picnic table on the ground floor.
