Completed in 2025, Pier View Luxe Retreat comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests (6 adults and 2 kids). The roomy floor plan, thoughtfully selected furnishings, and bright coastal décor create the ideal setting for family vacations, weekend getaways, and memorable beach trips. Every bedroom features a 55-inch Intelligent TV, giving everybody their own comfortable space to relax after a day exploring Carolina Beach.

The community pool and hot tub are professionally maintained by the HOA and are typically open seasonally from spring through late fall. They are generally closed during December, January, February, and March.
