221 East First Street - This second row home features five bedrooms plus a loft, and five baths on two levels. On the main floor, one bedroom has a king bed and one bedroom has a queen. Upstairs, one bedroom has a king bed, one has two singles, and one has two doubles. All bedrooms have TV's and private baths. The dining room table seats six, and there are also three chairs at the kitchen bar for additional seating as well as a modest game table for two. Hulu streaming only. Guests must use their login.

Conveniences include an 8' X 15' private pool, enclosed outside shower, central heat and air, washer and dryer, dishwasher, microwave oven, ceiling fans, and wireless internet. You'll be able to savor a shady, calming evening on the ocean facing covered decks, or catch some sun rays from the open side of the deck. This property is located roughly midway between Goldsboro and Leland Street beach accesses.

*Sheets, bedspreads, and pillows are supplied for each bed to ensure guest comfort and convenience during your stay. Bath towels are supplied for the max. occupancy of the unit, and all linens are cleaned and maintained to high standards prior to each new occupancy. Linens will be delivered in a labeled bag and placed outside of the door prior to arrival. At the end of your stay, PLEASE PLACE ALL USED LINENS BACK IN THE BAG AND LEAVE IT OUTSIDE THE FRONT DOOR FOR PICK UP. Paper and soap products are not supplied. The linen package is included with every reservation and is not optional.*ALL OUR RENTALS ARE NON-SMOKING AND NO FAMILY PETS ARE ACCEPTED.

A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining 50% balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
In the event of cancellation, refunds will only be issued if the property is re-rented for the same dates and rental rate. If re-rented, all payments will be refunded, less a our administrative and convenience fee.
If the property is not re-rented, all payments are forfeited.
This cancellation policy supersedes Vacation Rental By Owner’s platform settings and applies to all reservations booked through Williamson Realty Vacations.
