The ensuite bathroom offers a separate sink/vanity area from the toilet/shower room making it private and efficient for more than one traveler. Pelicans Perch is a short ride away from the charming outdoor pool complex complete with an indoor pool, hot tub, and exercise facility. Sea Trail is a striking neighborhood with walking and cycling trails and award-winning golf!

** please note. The guest pool is under remodel until August 2025 (projected completion date) and will not be available until that time. We have lowered our nightly prices and made bicycles available to our guests to make up for the loss of amenities at this time.

Our property is near the South Gate which means you are just over the bridge from the beach and can have your toes in the sand in just a few mins.. We are also walking/cycling distance to the handsome Sunset Park on the intracoastal waterway with its beautiful walking trails, docks and vistas of the water. You can put in kayaks and paddle boards here at the park. Just across the park is the boat launch and some delicious eateries, coffee shop, gift stores and ice cream.
