The sizable dining table seats 8, with additional seating at the bar, there is also seating on the upsized back deck overlooking the canal. It’s absolutely charming dining outside, watching the beautiful sky as the sun sets over the canal on our south facing island. There is a laundry closet with enormous washing machine and dryer, two bedrooms and one full bath on the first floor. One bedroom has a queen bed, ceiling fan, large 55" 4K flat panel TV, ocean view and private balcony with two chairs, ideal for watching the sunrise over the Atlantic Ocean. The second downstairs bedroom has a queen bed and a murphy wall bed system that can conveniently be converted to twin bunk beds, ceiling fan, large 43" 4K flat panel TV, ocean view and large palladium window.
