A very roomy third floor condo with an painless walk to the elevator located in the beautiful community of Sea Trail. The floor plan features an open adjoining kitchen, dining and living area with vistas of the golf course. Each bedroom has two queen beds with a private bathroom. The master bedroom is privately located off the main area of the condo. The second bedroom has a kitchenette with a microwave, coffee maker, toaster and a full size refrigerator. This bedroom also has a bistro table and a sleeper couch. There are three flat panel T.V.s and three DVD payers in the condo to savor. There is central air and heat, cable, wifi, and a washer and dryer for your use during your stay. Take some time to relax and appreciate the screened in balcony that overlooks one of three golf courses. This is the ideal way to relax after a day at the beach or an afternoon of golf. The beach is 1.5 miles from our condo. The Champions complex has a pool available for our guests to use complimentary of charge. The community of Sea Trail hosts The Village Activity Center (pool, hottub, indoor pool, gym) available for guest use for an additional fee. Linens and towels are included for you during your stay. Sunset Beach is dog friendly. Dogs are welcome on the beach before 9 am and after 6 pm from Memorial Day to Labor Day and all day during the rest of the year. We are a dog friendly condo. Family Animals are welcome for an additional fee. We are sure you will appreciate our condo as much as we do. We would adore to invite you to stay!

Located in Sea Trail, a neighborhood in Sunset Beach, this condo is next to a golf course and by the sea. The area's natural beauty can be seen at North Myrtle Beach Beaches and Holden Beach. Ingram Planetarium and Museum of Coastal Carolina are also worth visiting. Looking to get your feet wet? Motor boating and swimming adventures can be found near the property.
