A very cavernous third floor condo with an simple walk to the elevator located in the gorgeous community of Sea Trail. The floor plan features an open adjoining kitchen, dining and living area with vistas of the golf course. Each bedroom has two queen beds with a private bathroom. The master bedroom is privately located off the main area of the condo. The second bedroom has a kitchenette with a microwave, coffee maker, toaster and a full size refrigerator. This bedroom also has a bistro table and a sleeper couch. There are three flat panel TVs and three DVD payers in the condo to savor. There is central air and heat, cable, wifi, and a washer and dryer for your use during your stay. Take some time to relax and appreciate the screened in balcony that overlooks one of three golf courses. This is the ideal way to relax after a day at the beach or an afternoon of golf. The beach is 1.5 miles from our condo. The Champions complex has a pool available for our guests to use complimentary of charge. The community of Sea Trail hosts The Village Activity Center (pool, hottub, indoor pool, gym) available for guest use for an additional fee. There is a restaurant called Houses Place located in the center. Linens and towels are included for you during your stay. Sunset Beach is dog friendly. Dogs are welcome on the beach before 9 am and after 6 pm from Memorial Day to Labor Day and all day during the rest of the year. We are a dog friendly condo. Animals are welcome for an additional fee. We are sure you will appreciate our condo as much as we do. We would adore to invite you to stay!

About the Area

This condo is located in Sea Trail, a neighborhood in Sunset Beach, and is next to a golf course and by the sea. While the natural beauty of Ocean Isle Beach and Holden Beach can be enjoyed by anyone, those looking for an activity can check out Cherry Grove Pier.

May, September, and October offer pleasant weather, fewer crowds, and greatly reduced traffic. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Wilmington, NC vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday near the ocean? Thanksgiving and Christmas are great times to gather with loved ones at the beach.
• The earlier your group can book a rental home, the easier your search will be. The best properties are booked early. Reserving your vacation home six to twelve months before your vacation is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to plan and book your vacation rental.
• Hosts sometimes offer discounts for veterans and active duty military. Remember to ask your property manager if special offers are available for your group.
• Property management companies typically offer their guests an option to buy trip insurance. Trip insurance, which normally costs 1% - 5% of the booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any days missed as a result of personal medical-related issues or weather, as well as hurricane evacuation costs or charges, such as an unexpected hotel stay or additional fuel expenses. • Double-check every room of the rental property to make sure that you've packed all personal items at check-out. Re-check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden items. Clean out the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
• Please make sure to walk through the property one final time and keep an eye out for damages to contents or the property itself. We advise inspecting the property with the property manager whenever possible. If the manager is not available, take photos and video of the property to record its condition.
• After your trip, leave a review! Property managers rely on excellent ratings to drive more bookings. They'll be grateful for your review. Alternatively, if something went wrong, other families will appreciate that you share your experience and help them have the best future vacation. Remember to be objective.
