The home was refreshed in Spring 2019 with wood like porcelain tile planking, new paint inside and out, new landscaping and hardscaping, as well as shiplap walls in the hallways. The top floor of the unit is all living space with the open kitchen, dining room, living room, and even a half bath. The floor below these bedrooms, 1st floor above parking, has the 2 guest bedrooms. The room with sound vistas has a queen bed and a adore seat that folds out into a twin bed. Across the hall is the final bedroom with a bunk bed and queen bed, and a balcony with ocean vistas. There is a full bathroom in the hall that these two bedrooms share.
