Welcome to your Carolina Beach vacation destination! This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo has been lovingly setup with your comfort in mind. It features a sizable patio where you can relax while listening to the sound of the waves from the close by ocean. Appreciate painless beach access a mere 100 steps from the front door, or spend some time in the community pool out back. This condo is in the ideal location to discover all that Carolina Beach has to offer, and provides parking spaces for 2 cars.

From the moment you enter the condo, you can tell that the owners have taken great care to provide the best possible guest experience! The first thing you'll notice is the very cavernous balcony space. It's set up with a enormous seating area so your entire group can relax after a day at the beach as well as a dining area so you can savor coffee in the morning before heading out for the day! The sound of the waves provides a calming ambiance for you to appreciate this striking outdoor space.

From the balcony, you'll enter into the main living areas of the condo. There's a huge, comfortable sectional that provides plenty of seating space, and throw pillows and blankets to get cozy while appreciating a movie. The living room opens to the dining area which has an inviting settee style seat as well as additional chairs. The kitchen has been supplied with all of the essentials you'd need to enjoy a home cooked meal, and there is additional seating space at 2 barstools at the peninsula.

2 roomy bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms complete the condo. The primary bedroom has a king size bed, a TV, and an ensuite bathroom. The secondary bedroom features a queen size bed, a TV, a desk area in case you need to work during your stay, access to the second full bathroom, and a cozy balcony overlooking the community pool.

You'll fall in appreciate with the special touches the owners have placed throughout the space making it feel like a home away from home!

Guests will have access to the entire condo, 2 private balconies, and a community pool. There is a locked owner's closet for our storage, but otherwise you'll be able to use everything in the condo. Please note - this unit is on the second floor of the building and stairs are required to access the property.

Guests can reach the host through messaging.

You'll be able to park up to 2 cars in the parking lot of the building. There is no designated spot, it is first come first served.

Good to Know Before Your Stay:

Verification & Rental Agreement
To help ensure a safe and secure experience for everybody, we use SafeGuest for identity verification and rental agreement review. After your reservation is confirmed, you'll receive a link with simple instructions to complete this process prior to arrival.

Check-In & Check-Out
Check-in begins at 4:00 PM, and check-out is 10:00 AM. These times allow our cleaning team the opportunity to thoroughly prepare the home for each guest.
During our busy summer season (Memorial Day through Labor Day), we are generally unable to accommodate early check-ins or late check-outs from Friday through Sunday due to tight turnover schedules. During the week, we are happy to check availability within 24 hours of arrival or departure. When accommodations are possible, a fee of $25 per hour applies for early arrivals or late departures.

A Note About Coastal Wildlife
One of the joys of the coast is being surrounded by nature. Our area is home to a variety of local insects, including spiders, ants, and palmetto bugs, particularly during warmer months. The home receives regularly scheduled professional pest control treatments, but occasional sightings can still occur despite our best efforts. If you encounter any concerns during your stay, please let us know and we'll gladly arrange additional treatment if needed. Seeing native insects will not be grounds for a cancellation or refund.

Television & Streaming
While this property does not offer cable service, intelligent TVs or Rokus are available for you to access your favorite streaming platforms using your personal accounts. Please remember to log out before departure, or remotely through your streaming service if needed.

Cleanliness
Our housekeeping team takes great pride in preparing the home for every guest, however everybody is human. If anything doesn't meet your expectations upon arrival, please let us know as soon as possible so we can address it promptly and help ensure you have a comfortable stay.

Respect for Our Neighborhood
This home is located in a residential community, and we kindly ask guests to be mindful of our neighbors. Quiet hours are between 10:00pm and 7:00am each day. Parties and events are not allowed in accordance with Airbnb policies. Excessive noise or unauthorized gatherings may result in the reservation being terminated without refund.

Travel Insurance
We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your vacation investment from unexpected events. Reservations and cancellations are handled according to the cancellation policy selected at booking, and we are unable to modify reservation dates within 30 days of arrival.

Pool Information
The pool is typically open from early May through late September. Management reserves the right to adjust these dates based on weather, safety inspections, or maintenance needs. As with all outdoor pools, occasional leaves or debris may accumulate between routine cleanings, particularly after coastal storms.
