The pool area has a dining table, lounge and deck chairs. There is an outdoor hot and cold shower to wash off all the sand before appreciating the pool or entering the home. A propane grille is available for outdoor cooking. Freshly refreshed bathrooms feature tile showers and tub. The upstairs additional room with adore seat and game table provide an additional hangout space. A sizable family dining table and an adjacent bar offer many eating arrangements The well equipped kitchen has all you need for cooking and entertaining. All home Wifi is included and includes the pool area. The HDTV/DVR flat screen TV in the living room provides standard cable, local channels, sports, HBO and a complimentary Netflix account. All bedrooms have HD intelligent TV’s (non cable) and include a complimentary Netflix account.
