Just steps from the sand and close to local dining, shopping, and attractions, it’s the ideal island escape. Appreciate plenty of parking, a bright open-concept living, dining, and kitchen space, plus two striking porches ideal for morning coffee or calming with the salty ocean breeze.



The Space:

Main living area has a Intelligent Streaming Tv, plenty of comfortable seating and a ½ bath. The kitchen is completely equipped with top-of-the-line appliances plus you will have everything you need with dishes, pots/pans, toaster, drip coffee pot, etc. Savor meals together with seating for six at the dining table and additional seats at the kitchen island.  

Upstairs you will find 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and laundry. The primary suite with its huge closet and king size bed features an ensuite bathroom with 2 sinks, plenty of storage and bespoke shower. The second bedroom and third bedroom both have queen beds.



Other Things to Note:

We also supply the following for each property:

A starter kit of one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, one roll of paper towels, a trash bag, and dish soap. We also supply laundered bed linens, comforters, and 1 bathing towel and wash cloth per person. We do not supply any beach gear or beach towel. We have great rental companies on the island we would be more than happy to share the info with you. We also do not supply laundry detergent, body soap or shampoo/conditioner as we find everybody has their own preferences for these =) Please review our home rules prior to your stay
