The most pretty direct oceanfront vistas you can ever imagine! Do you want to vacation where you have great ocean vistas, sunrises and sunsets, access to the beach which is 50 feet away, and the owner lives locally, keeping a close eye on updates and repairs? We want you to feel like our condo is equipped like your own home, with updates in rugs and furnishings. There is more kitchen serveware, dishes, and glasses than you will ever need! And who wants to cram beach equipment in an already over packed car? We supply four beach chairs for your use in the private owner closet on the parking/beach. An added additional to the Windjammer complex is an elevator so you don’t have to haul everything up the stairs. Secure WiFi is complementary - download as much reading material and music as your heart desires. The ocean vistas and convenience speak for themselves! Please note that linens are not supplied, but are available as an add on. Ask for details!

· 2 New 50" Roku Intelligent TVs (living room and master bedroom) These have guest mode so you'll be signed out of any apps you use automatically on your check out date!
· New luxury vinyl floors throughout, including the bedrooms
· Queen sleeper couch provides 2 additional sleeping spaces
· Painted the entire condo in 2023
· Kitchen granite countertops and tile back splash as well as bathroom granite countertops added in 2016
· All new opulent pillow top beds added in 2021 - meaning you don't have to worry about a good nights sleep! Not to mention the blackout curtains (in addition to wooden blinds) in both bedrooms that gives the whole sleeping in while on vacation actual meaning!
· In 2018, we replaced the tubs and added new tile in both bathrooms

We know that everybody works hard to be able to savor their vacation time. We want you to be able to come here and feel like you have everything you need so it's that immediate R&R feeling on day 1. That's why we are continually improving and updating; we also live here in ocean isle so every check in/out time window I get excited to take over something new!
Come stay a while! Would you like to stay a month in the off season? If you've never experienced OIB in the off season and have the. opportunity to - we would highly recommend it! The traffic and liveliness quiets down & the pure calmness that comes with it is definitely amazing. The month of February is $2,900 and the month of March is $3,500 (when booked on our site; taxes and cleaning not supplied). Now a little about Ocean Isle Beach - it's a family beach. Once you cross the bridge and all you can see is the water and all you can smell is the ocean air, it is instant bliss. Leave your worries on the other side of the bridge - it's impossible not too! With mild season changes, Ocean Isle Beach is the ideal location for year-round visiting. Activities are limitless whether you are looking for seashells, golfing, dining, fishing, shopping, turtle and dolphin watching or nighttime-time crabbing. That doesn't even begin to cover it all! If you want to leave the island, you will find limitless golf, or in 45 mins., you are in Myrtle Beach with outlet shopping. Ten mins. from the condo is Calabash, the seafood capital of the world and the best you will ever have! Like to prepare? You can also pick up fresh shrimp (they'll peel & devein it for you!) and fish from Captain Jacks, our favorite seafood market! Like watching boats come in on the intracoastal? Check out the OIFC tiki bar - it’s open air on the top deck (as well as Sharky's & Jinx Creek - all on the island). Better yet, the Isles has an oceanfront tiki bar - the Tipsy Turtle - with fast bites within a 5 min. beach walk!

Located in Ocean Isle Beach, this condo is on the beach. While the natural beauty of Ocean Isle Beach and Holden Beach can be enjoyed by anyone, those looking for an activity can check out Cherry Grove Pier.
Museum of Coastal Carolina and Ingram Planetarium are also worth visiting.

Strategies to get the very best vacation rental experience:

Sticking to a rental home budget:

• To get the best value, change your vacation week to the Spring or Fall shoulder seasons. May, September, and October offer pleasant weather, fewer crowds, and greatly reduced traffic.
• Reserve your vacation rental as early as possible. Rental schedules usually open a year in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many groups book their Summer vacations during holiday get-togethers. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
• Some hosts offer promotional rates for veterans and active duty military. Ask your property manager if rate reductions are available for your group.
• Booking websites usually offer guests an option to obtain vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which costs anywhere between 1% - 5% of the base booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any missed vacation time as a result of medical-related catastrophes or weather disasters, as well as evacuation costs, such as an unexpected hotel or extra gasoline expenses. Trip insurance can be a a welcome relief if the unforeseen happens. Ask your property manager for details.
• Find a copy of your local Wilmington, NC visitors guide upon arrival. If your rental doesn't have a copy, you can find them at local grocery stores and visitor centers. In addition to great local information, travel guides have coupons for nearby shops and restaurants.

Planning, picking, and booking yourrental:

• First and foremost, have your group commit to the best dates and a spending budget.
• Decide how many beds and what type of bedroom configuration your family needs. The WindWalker Oceanfront Condo has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
• Specific descriptions of bedrooms and bed counts & types is regularly available online. Otherwise, contact the property manager before you book your rental. Note that most property listings specify maximum guest capacity, which usually includes pull-out couches. You will need to determine which bed configuration is optimal for your group.
• Visiting for a single event? Use a map search to browse nearby rentals.
• Appropriate accessibility can make or break a vacation for those with limited mobility. Confirm all required amenities are included before booking.
• Some properties allow pets, but others don't. Allowable types of dog or cat, weight and breeds may be restricted, and added charges may apply. Ask your host about allowable breeds and types before booking.

Some things to know before you go:

• Review check in & check out procedures before leaving home. Add a note with the instructions to your phone, and take a printed backup.
• Upon arrival, document any issues with the property and immediately contact the property manager. Keep records of all correspondence just in case a dispute arises.
• Ask questions. You may need instructions for a hot tub, stereo or thermostat. Contact your property manager. They are there to help! A brief phone call can prevent a lot of issues.
• Respecting late-night quiet hours and parking restrictions can make a stay more pleasurable. You will increase your chance to make some new local friends, and resident neighbors can be a terrific resource to find the best local beaches.
• Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local! Neighbors can typically help you find the best spots in town. Who better to ask where to grab the best tacos, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for BBQ?
• Lock your vacation home while you are out and about. Keep your property safe!
• Don't leave anything behind! Just before you drive away, take a walk through the rental property to reconfirm you've collected all belongings. Make sure to check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden treasure. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
• Document the condition of the property at check-out. We recommend taking a video during your final walk-through.
• Did you have a terrific stay? Most rental websites make it easy for travelers to provide comments. If your property and/or property manager was great, they always love to hear your praise. If anything was inoperable and they failed to fix it reasonably, or if the vacation rental wasn't described correctly, you'll want to make a note as part of your comments.
