Whether you're planning a charming honeymoon or a calming family hideaway, this condo is designed with flexibility and comfort in mind. The bespoke-constructed bunk beds include blackout curtains, ideal for little ones or additional guests. The primary bedroom features a black walnut desk, ideal for remote work or getting ready for a nighttime out.

Appreciate resort-style amenities including a pretty oceanfront pool, private beach access via a boardwalk, a community gazebo, picnic tables, and grilling areas, all surrounded by broad green lawns and well-maintained landscaping. A private ground-floor storage closet is available for beach gear, and there is ample lighted parking for two cars (passes must be displayed at all times; towing is enforced). Property Level: we are a one story condo on the second level of the building.

Full Bathroom: Bathtub with Shower, Single Vanity, toilet

Kitchen: entirely equipped kitchen, stainless refrigerator-freezer, electric drop-in range, upsized stainless sink, commercial pull spray faucet, stainless dishwasher, bar counter seats 4

Dining Room: Dining Table with seating for 4

Living Room: wall mounted intelligent TV, leather couch, leather side chairs, occasional tables, balcony access

Ocean View Balcony: access from the living room, teak outdoor dining table and 4 chairs

Guest Access:

You will have the entire place to yourself!

You have access to the pool via key. ($100 replacement fee if not returned)



Interaction with Guests:

We have a contactless check-in process. You will receive all instructions the morning of your arrival after check-out time.

Although, we are contactless, a representative will be on the island at all times for any emergencies. You will receive that phone number in your check-in instructions.
