Blue tooth speakers, Intelligent TVs in both the bedroom and den areas. The drink refrigerator is the coolest! One bedroom loft space with a King Bed. Queen Sleeper Couch in the Den. Full kitchen set up with anything you need to make a meal and a drink station that satisfies everybody’s tastes. Ample onsite parking spaces and can accommodate boat trailers. If bringing a boat please get clear instructions on how to park in the parking lot prior to your arrival. 2 Adult Bicycles available for your use. 2 Beach Chairs included. Condo building is located in a beautiful residential part of the island. Close to everything. This is a pet friendly unit. We maintain the highest standards of cleaning but anyone with animal allergies please be aware. Again, this is not a beach side property. It is a very short bicycle ride to the beach access. Bicycle and golf cart units are available. There is also a golf cart taxi that can take you back and forth for $5 per person. All local business information is in our guest info book.
