A second Queen bedroom offers private access to an ocean-facing deck and uses a close by hall bathroom. Every space is gorgeously appointed with calming tones, plush linens, and beach-inspired decor to set the mood for your hideaway.

The second floor homes two opulent King suites, both with en suite bathrooms and one with access to a private balcony—ideal for morning coffee with a sunrise view. The laundry area is also conveniently located on this level.

Climb to the third floor, and you’ll find the heart of the home—a bright, open-concept living area with sweeping vistas and thoughtful coastal design. Parking: Parking for three cars. Garage for storage only.
Prohibited: Smoking, Mail and Packages are not able to be sent to the rental.
Pet Policy: Pet Policy: Dogs welcome as an optional add-on for this property with a non-returnable fee of $250 + tax that is charged per pet. min. of 2 dogs per reservation. Charge will be added after booking when the option to bring a pet and number of family pets are selected. Nonrefundable costs are listed in the House Rules and animals must be disclosed via the Rental Agreement. Fees are not included automatically when booking on Vacation Rental By Owner and must be paid separately to the host if you wish to bring a pet(s). Failure to disclose and prepay for dogs will result in penalty costs which are disclosed in House Rule #16.

Cancellation Policy: Full refund within 24 hours of booking, cancellations at 31+ days before check-in will receive a full refund after a $350 cancellation fee is deducted, cancellations at 15-30 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund of monies paid less a $350 cancellation fee and less than 15 days prior to arrival is not subject to a refund. All policies are subject to possible additional refund based on re-rental, excluding non-returnable cancellation costs and travel insurance (if applicable).
