Downstairs/SAND SHACK: offers a roomy living, dining and entirely equipped kitchen area, sunroom (full width of home), and 2 bedrooms (sleeps 5). Ground level entrance, with no steps. BRAND NEW one of kind epoxy floors, and brand new HVAC.

Located on the beach, this cottage is in Long Beach, a neighborhood in Oak Island. Oak Island Golf Club and Founders Club at St. James Plantation are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those looking for area attractions can visit Bald Head Island Information Center and North Carolina Maritime Museum at Southport. North Carolina Aquarium at Fort Fisher and Magic Mountain Fun Park are also worth visiting. With jet skiing, parasailing, and fishing nearby, you'll find plenty of adventures in the water.
