Unwind on the front porches and savor the ocean breezes and vistas or relax in the private back yard with a handsome in-ground pool! This home's fashionable inverted floor plan provides a plethora of windows facing the ocean with ample space to lounge, entertain, dine, or prepare on the top floor and can accommodate up to 14 guests. There is even a bespoke-made bar in the great room area! Located just across the street from the public beach access, you are literally just steps from the sand and your beach spot!

The Seaquel's design leaves nothing to be desired and offers cavernous accommodations for everybody to feel special. The layout includes two King bedrooms (One with an ocean facing balcony), two Queen bedrooms, and a bunk room with two bunk beds- twin over twin and double over double- (ideal for the kids to have their own fun space). You will appreciate a completely equipped modern kitchen adjoining a sizable living and dining room that will comfortably accommodate the entire family. Your dining table, enormous kitchen island and bar areas located on the upper top floor offer a terrific space for families to dine, hang out, and entertain. The living area extends out to a huge covered front porch, which is great for ocean observation, conversation, and relaxation. It's even equipped with modern Intelligent TVs offering multiple great options for your viewing entertainment.

After a day at the beach, rinse off in the hot/cold water outdoor shower and gather in the pool area while grilling the latest catch! There is also plenty of space outdoors to play a game of Cornhole or Bocce. Parking is plentiful in the driveway or under the home in the breezeway to accommodate your group.

We know you want to relax without any stops at the store when you get to the island. To get you started we provide a welcome kit that includes trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, dishwasher pod, washing machine pod, Dishwashing soap, hand soap at every sink, bath soap, and shampoo/conditioner.

As you will find when selecting dates on the calendar, there are minimum stay requirements based on the season. There is a 7 nighttime minimum with a mandatory Saturday to Saturday rental pattern in the peak summer months, and there is more flexibility in the slower seasons.
