Appreciate the heart of Carolina Beach at Cabana De Mar from your own private third floor balcony. Spend the morning at the beach with passage from a private community boardwalk. If you need a break from the sand, you can lounge at the oceanfront pool. Step out onto the back patio to oversee the kids splashing in the pool and view the handsome fireworks every Thursday nighttime in the summer. Walk two blocks to all the action at the famed Carolina Beach boardwalk where you can eat ice cream, visit a souvenir shop, purchase a new Tshirt, and try our Famous Britts Donuts, and savor many bars and eateries. Inside our compact condo, you definitely won’t forget you are on vacation with an unbeatable ocean front view from your living room and balcony. Don't worry, groceries are a snap with elevator access to your floor. Cabana Suites 311 can’t wait to be the one you choose to make forever memories in. 

Ground Level:
Our building has security cameras monitoring the parking lot and pool.

Gated parking lot entry. First come, first serve covered parking under the building with an overflow lot across the street. Elevator access. Pool and Beach Access.

Property Level:

Hallway to Living room with ocean front glass wall & sliding doors to balcony. Queen couch sleeper and side chairs 
Primary Bedroom Suite with king size bed, intelligent tv, and private ensuite bathroom with a tub shower.
Guest bedroom with 2 twin beds and access to another full bathroom with a step-in shower.
Totally equipped kitchen, washer and dryer closet.

Security Cameras are located at the parking area, back porch, and pool at this property.

Rental Policies:

In response to increased incidence of credit card fraud, a valid government photo ID will be required for every reservation. A signed rental agreement is required: accepting House Rules on any online travel agency requires reading and acceptance of our rental agreement. 

Arrival/Departure:
Summer Check-ins (June-August) begin at 4pm and are guaranteed by 6pm
Off Season Check-ins begin at 3pm and are guaranteed by 5pm
Check out is by 10 AM.
We adhere to this policy so please do not arrive early or plan to delay your departure.

Cancellation Policy:
- Free cancellation within 48 hours of booking
- After 48 hours of booking and more than 60 days out from arrival, a full refund will be processed less a $300 cancellation fee
- After 48 hours of booking and within 60 days of arrival, there will be no refund processed unless the dates are re rented. If premises are rented again, a refund will be processed less a $300 cancellation fee.
