Appreciate the heart of Carolina Beach at Cabana De Mar from Oceanfront. Spend the morning at the beach with passage from a private community boardwalk. If you need a break from the sand, you can lounge at the oceanfront pool. The kids will appreciate splashing in the pool and viewing the striking fireworks every Thursday nighttime in the summer. Walk two blocks to all the action at the famed Carolina Beach boardwalk where you can eat ice cream, visit a souvenir shop, purchase a new T-shirt, try our Famous Britts Donuts, and savor many of our local bars and eateries. Inside our compact condo, you definitely won’t forget you are on vacation with an unbeatable oceanfront view from your living room. Condo comfortably fits four adults with the option to accommodate up to six with the pull-out couch. Don't worry, groceries are a snap with elevator access to your floor. Cabana Suites 311 can’t wait to be the one you choose to make forever memories in. 



Ground Level:

Our building has security cameras monitoring the parking lot and pool.

Gated parking lot entry. First come, first serve covered parking under the building with an overflow lot across the street. Elevator access. Pool and Beach Access.

Security Cameras are located at the parking area, back porch, and pool at this property.



Property Level:

Hallway to Living room with ocean-front glass wall.  Oceanfront balcony.  Queen couch sleeper and side chairs 

Primary Bedroom Suite with king-size bed, intelligent TV, and private ensuite bathroom with a tub shower.

Guest bedroom with a twin over full bunk bed and access to another full bathroom with a step-in shower.

Entirely equipped kitchen, washer and dryer closet.



Linens - Sheets and Towels will be wrapped in sealed packages and laying on the end of the beds. 



Rental Policies:

In response to the increased incidence of credit card fraud, a valid government photo ID will be required for every reservation. A signed rental agreement is required: accepting House Rules on any online travel agency requires reading and acceptance of our rental agreement.



Things to bring:

Paper towels and toilet paper, trash bags, soaps, detergents, minimal cleaning supplies, and beach towels.



Arrival/Departure:

Summer Check-ins (June-August) begin at 4 pm and are guaranteed by 6 pm

Check-out is by 10 am. 

We adhere to this policy so please do not arrive early or plan to delay your departure.

Elevator Policies:

Please note, the elevator is for convenience only and does not guarantee ADA Compliance or Wheelchair accessibility. Although elevators are checked on a regular basis, Sea Coast Units/Owners will not be held accountable if the elevator is not operating or functioning properly during your stay. No refunds will be issued for these closures. 



Pool Notice:

Pools are generally open from Memorial Day until Labor Day; however, pool closures may be dictated by the HOA or the Health Department. Pools may also be closed after a hurricane or tropical storm. Sea Coast Units/Owners will not be held accountable. No refunds will be issued for these closures.



Pet Policy:

No family pets allowed.



Cancellation Policy:

We want to make sure you’re aware of our cancellation policy. If you cancel when your arrival date is more than 60 days away, you will receive a full refund.  If you cancel when your arrival date is less than 60 days away, you will forfeit your deposit.

Adventure awaits. Discover aquatic wildlife and vegetation at the North Carolina Aquarium at Fort Fisher or enjoy a calming ferry ride across the Cape Fear River to a cozy little shopping town called Southport. Take a trip back in time at the Fort Fisher State Historic Site and Museum which features live oak-covered trails and bunkers from the American Civil War. Stroll through the marsh to visit the home of the famed Ft. Fisher Hermit. Or wind down with nature at our two state parks, sure to provide a memorable experience with hiking, fishing, and water activities such as paddle boarding and kayaking, and search for a Venus Flytrap which is native to NC only. As one of North Carolina's most undeveloped beaches, the island offers a unique opportunity to see many diverse coastal wildlife, including pelicans and loggerhead sea turtles, in their natural habitat. Whether it’s exploring activities on the island, appreciating the ocean vistas, or enjoying a beverage by sunset from your own private balcony, Pleasure Island offers diversion for every enthusiast!

Explore the treasures of Carolina Beach, ranked one of the top 10 boardwalks in the country by Food & Wine magazine. One of the last remaining beach boardwalks on the East Coast, it includes a variety of eateries, an arcade, stores, ice cream, Famous Britts Donuts, bars, and more! During the summer months, the Boardwalk is bustling with the sound of music, carnival rides, bingo, family nights, and events like the weekly fireworks and concert series. Annual off-season events include the Cape Fear Kite Festival, Christmas by the Sea, and the Island of Lights Festival.

The Neighborhood:

Sea Coast Input - Carolina Beach boardwalk offers shopping, locally owned eateries , ice cream & fudge stores and let’s not forget the vibrant nightlife. During the summer months the local gazebo has live music and bingo. Fishing charter boats, nightly event cruises, pontoon boats are also available. Or discover the Carolina Beach State Park. Neighboring Kure beach offers a appealing downtown with locally owned eateries ,Oceanfront park and a 712-foot long fishing pier. Fort Fisher is located at the southern end of the island where you can visit the Fort Fisher State Historic Site and Museum and the North Carolina Aquarium. There are roughly 10 golf courses within a 1 hour drive and for those “historic” buffs, take a day trip to Downtown Wilmington or one of the other local islands via ferry.



Getting Around:

Sea Coast Input : Parking may be limited during the summer months (public parking is available through Pleasure Island at an hourly rate).

Carolina / Kure Beach is comfortably navigable once you're here. Our beach towns are very accessible and family friendly for cars, bicycles and golf carts. Renting bicycles and golf carts is a breeze with the many rental companies on the island. Advance reservations are recommended beach accessories. Escape the hustle and bustle of the beaches of Carolina/Kure Beach and discover the Carolina Beach state park and its’ many hiking trails. Or the Carolina Beach Greenway walking trail.

For a day trip travel from Ft. Fisher to Southport aboard the Southport Car Ferry and their many antique stores.
