Guest access
You will have access to the entire condo, elevator and stairs for access, and amenities such as the pool area, hot tub, outdoor shower, and hose to rinse off. Beach access is close. Pool open seasonally (not in the winter).

Other things to note
Stairs are located close to the unit and the elevator is right around the corner of the building (1). You will be able to fit two cars in the assigned parking space for unit 312. There are only 2 visitor parking spots at North Pier Villas near the pool. OFF PROPERTY parking is at the lot near the restaurant, but you need to follow the rules for parking in that area.
