Interior amenities include washer, dryer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, central heat & air, 5 color cable TVs, DVD player, WIFI & ceiling fans. Exterior amenities include outside shower, roof deck, sun deck & covered porch. This is stringently a ****NON SMOKING**** home and accepts up to 2 dogs per rental unit for an additional Fee. HOME IS NOT EQUIPPED FOR ELECTRIC CAR CHARGING.

When to go & When to reserve a rental home:

  • The sooner your group can reserve a vacation home, the easier your search will be. The most desirable vacation homes are booked very early. Reserving your vacation rental six - twelve months before your vacation is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to plan and reserve your vacation home.
  • June, July, and August are the most expensive months in coastal NC. To find the most suitable rental for your budget, we strongly suggest reserving in the Fall or Spring. You'll benefit from lower rates, better selection, gorgeous weather and the absence of giant crowds at your favorite restaurants and activities.
