Are you the type of person who likes going where the wind goes? If so, you'll adore the morning sunrise over at "Sunshine Daydream" . This 1st floor walkup property is located at the North End of Carolina Beach very close to Freeman Park. Bring Fido along and take them out on the beach to play because "Sunshine Daydream" is dog friendly.

When you arrive at your "Sunshine Daydream", you will first step onto the roomy outdoor deck and go through the slider to enter the unit. Inside you will find yourself in the living/dining and kitchen area. The kitchen is entirely equipped for service, and the couch converts into a sleeper for the youngest dreamers or your very best friends. There is a full bathroom with a shower/tub combo. The bedroom has a Queen bed and private balcony where you will find the laundry closet.

Carolina Beach has so many activities to keep the whole family entertained that you will want to keep coming back year after year. This is one of the few places in North Carolina that accepts driving on the beach in summertime - you are allowed to drive on the North end beach at Freeman Park, if you have the city pass and a 4WD car. You'll also be close to the pier for great fishing, a cool drink, and perhaps some storytelling about the one that got away.

*Please keep in mind that if you are renting a property with a pool during the off-season, it may not be open or available. Pools are usually open from mid- May to September, but dates can vary based on weather, permits, HOA guidelines, inspections, improvements, and unforeseen events. Parking: TWO parking passes are supplied with reservation. Parking spaces are unassigned.
Pet Policy: Dogs welcome as an optional add-on for this property with a non-returnable fee of $250 + tax that is charged per pet. min. of 2 dogs per reservation. Charge will be added after booking if not selected at checkout and added at a later time.
Prohibited: Boat Trailers, Smoking, RV’s, Boats, Charging Golf Carts, Mail and Packages are not able to be sent to the rental.

Cancellation Policy: Full refund within 24 hours of booking, cancellations at 31+ days before check-in will receive a full refund after a $350 cancellation fee is deducted, cancellations at 15-30 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund of monies paid less a $350 cancellation fee and less than 15 days prior to arrival is not subject to a refund.  All policies are subject to possible additional refund based on re-rental, excluding non-returnable cancellation costs and travel insurance (if applicable).
