Kitchen: Located just off the living room and entirely equipped with modern appliances, Keurig coffee maker, coffee and creamer selection, and cooking essentials. Seating for 2 at a counter height table.

Bedroom: Up the stairs, relax in coastal comfort furnished with a full-size bed, reading chair, walk-in closet, seating nook, and access to 2nd floor balcony.

Bathroom: Roomy walk-in shower, plush towels, and Shampoo & Conditioner from MISSIO (local to the Cargo District!)

Outdoor Space: Private upstairs patio with seating for one, ideal for morning coffee or evening relaxation. Additional seating nook located just inside for the days you want to savor the sun but not the heat!



Local Partnerships: We partnered with local businesses throughout the Cargo District and furnished The Porter Loft with local products wherever possible! We invite guests to discover the local Cargo District and other local Wilmington stores and brands!

Location: We are tucked away in a peaceful and private community directly across the street from eateries and stores but away from the hustle and bustle. Less than 20 mins. to Wrightsville Beach or Carolina Beach and less than 5 miles to ILM airport.
