Escape to our idyllic condo, ideal for a weekend with friends, a calming couples escape, or for families seeking a fun-filled hideaway on Carolina Beach! With an open living area, cavernous rooms, and outdoor balcony seating , this spot is ideal for all. Set just across from local eateries like Uncle Vinny's and Leaf & Appreciate, and down the street from the boardwalk, there's no shortage of fun and entertainment!
The space
Nancy’s Nest features two bedrooms. The primary has a queen bed and an ocean view, the second bedroom has 2 twin beds and the open living room has plenty of space to set up the 2 adult sized cots that are stored in the primary closet.
This condo is located on the first floor above the parking. There is one set of stairs to reach Nancy’s Nest.
The entirely outfitted kitchen is ideal for a homemade meal or dining in with take out. There is a leaf for the dining table to serve 6.
The balcony has a impressive view of the pool and ocean. There is access to the pool using a fob. Please make sure to return to unit or you will be charged to replace it. Please do not place towels over the balcony railing.
The parking is unassigned and you MUST use the parking pass in your windshield. If you don’t use the pass, your car will get towed at your own expense.
Guest access
You have access to the pool using the included fob as well as the private catwalk out to the beach. There are two parking passes to be used and returned at the end of your stay. The fob replacement fee is $250 and the parking pass replacement fee is $100.

Located in Carolina Beach, this condo is on the beach. Carolina Beach Boardwalk is a popular attraction and the area's natural beauty can be seen at Carolina Beach and Wrightsville Beach.
