Savor a invigorating dip in the Almost Oceanfront pool, take a walk along the impressive beach only steps away, or discover the vibrant downtown area with its many stores, eateries, and attractions.  Even though we are in the heart of people-watching from the balcony, we are a nice, modest complex where you can quickly get out of the crowd.  We have great security into our complex to keep nonresidents out.  Our Unit #203 has painless access right by the stairwell.  Great outdoor spaces with nice furnishings are an simple place to meet your neighbors on both sides of the complex. Our home has a nice clean feel, floors are great, nice windows, bright and airy. Our new paint job looks great! Whether you're looking for a fun-filled family vacation or a calming escape, Haven at Tidewinds is the ideal destination. Rental Policies:

In response to increased incidence of credit card fraud, a valid government photo ID will be required for every reservation. A signed rental agreement is required: accepting House Rules on any online travel agency requires reading and acceptance of our rental agreement.

Arrival/Departure:
Summer Check-ins (June-August) begin at 4pm and are guaranteed by 6pm
Off Season Check-ins begin at 3pm and are guaranteed by 5pm
Check outT is by 10 AM.
We adhere to this policy so please do not arrive early or plan to delay your departure.

Cancellation Policy:
- Free cancellation within 48 hours of booking
- After 48 hours of booking and more than 60 days out from arrival, a full refund will be processed less a $300 cancellation fee
- After 48 hours of booking and within 60 days of arrival, there will be no refund processed unless the dates are re rented. If premises are re rented, a refund will be processed less a $300 cancellation fee.

The area's natural beauty can be seen at Carolina Beach and Kure Beach, while Carolina Beach Boardwalk and North Carolina Aquarium at Fort Fisher are popular area attractions.
