Every inch of this home has been thoughtfully designed with high-end finishes, such as granite countertops, bespoke tile floors, and two primary suites (one on each level) with their own full bathrooms. There is even an outdoor shower with both hot and cold water options for rinsing off after a day spent swimming or relaxing at the beach. The rare corner lot is also located steps away from the 30th Place West Dock, that's great for launching kayaks and includes a floating dock for fishing or crabbing!

Inside, plenty of natural light pours in through upsized windows and open doorways, lighting up a bright and airy floor plan that your whole group will adore! Just off to the side awaits an exceptional wood farmhouse-style dining table that can comfortably seat up to 8 people.

The charming coastal design extends into the first primary bedroom suite on this top floor! It features an extravagant king-size bed, enormous flatscreen TV, and a door with direct access to the oceanfront balcony. The ensuite bathroom has a massive tiled walk-in shower and dual vanity. This floor is complete by a half bath and multiple doorways that lead out to the top-level balconies — ideal for catching the gorgeous Oak Island sunsets!

Heading downstairs to the lower level, you'll find the second primary suite with a plush king-size bed, huge flatscreen TV, and a door with direct access to the first-floor balcony! This bedroom is connected to the fourth bedroom by the shared Jack and Jill bathroom, which has a dual vanity and a tub/shower combination! Last but not least, the final bedroom includes a twin-over-queen bunk bed and a twin trundle.

But that's not all! You'll find wireless internet for those that need to stay connected, and did we mention there are stairs that lead directly to the ground level where the pool is or the full-size washing machine and dryer? With all of these amenities and the magnificant location, you'll be living the good life in no time at Resting Beach Face!

Please Note: Linens are included with your reservation and contain the following: flat and fitted bed sheets, pillowcases, bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths.

Tips and Tricks to get the best Wilmington, NC vacation property experience:

How to get the best rental value:

  • Summer time is high season in the Wilmington, NC area. To book the best vacation home for your budget, we suggest booking in the Fall or Spring. You'll enjoy lower rental rates, better selection, gorgeous weather and the absence of giant crowds at the beach and popular Wilmington, NC attractions. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Wilmington, NC vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation near the ocean? Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years Eve are great times to gather with family and friends at the beach.
  • Reserve your rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules often open twelve months in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends). Many families book their Summer rental homes during holiday get-togethers. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
  • Some owners offer discounts or promotional rates for veterans and active duty military. Remember to ask your host or property manager if rate reductions are available for your group.
  • Booking websites frequently offer their guests an option to buy vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which generally costs between 1% - 5% of the base reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for missed trip time as a result of personal medical-related emergencies or weather, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation costs, such as an unanticipated hotel or additional fuel expenses. Trip insurance is definitely a welcome relief if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your property manager for additional information.
  • Look for your local Wilmington, NC visitors guide when you arrive at the rental property. If your rental doesn't have a copy, you can find them at local grocery stores, shopping centers, and visitor centers. In addition to great information, visitors guide magazines contain coupons for local accommodations, tours and attractions.

Filter your search:

  • Choose vacation dates and spending budget.
  • Determine how many bedrooms and the bed configuration your group needs. 2nd Row Across from Beach Access with Private Saltwater Pool has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. If you need a larger or smaller rental, use our search.
  • Precise descriptions of bedrooms and bed types is often accessible on booking websites. Otherwise, reach out to the property owner before reserving the vacation property. Remember that most properties list maximum guest capacity, which typically includes sofa beds and bunks. You will need to determine what configuration is best for your trip.
  • If there's a particular Wilmington, NC beach you long to visit, keep an eye out for homes that are either near by, or those that cater to your requirements.
  • Suitable accessibility amenities can make or break a vacation for the less-mobile. Make certain to inquire about specialized equipment and wheel chair accessibility.
  • Are you bringing the family pet? Although a number of vacation homes allow pets or animals, guidelines and costs vary per property. Type of pet, size and breeds may be limited. Make sure to ask before booking, and study your agreement! Extra fees or charges may be applied to your contract.

Tips for a fantastic stay:

  • Get the owner's contact number and arrival/departure procedures for your rental.
  • Make a record of any damages to the rental at check in, and immediately send them to the host. We especially recommend e-mails and text messages, as they usually contain built-in time stamps that are beneficial if a dispute is filed.
  • Ask questions. You may want instructions for a hot tub, stereo or coffee maker. Contact your owner. They are there to help! A brief telephone call can prevent lots of concerns.
  • Be a good neighbor! You wouldn't like disagreeable visitors disrupting your quiet neighborhood. Practice the golden rule for best judgement. Happy residents may even recommend great beaches and attractions you would have never otherwise known about!
  • Don't forget to... Ask a local! Neighbors can frequently help you find exactly what you're looking for. Who better to ask where to grab the best tacos, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for fishing?
  • Keep the property locked while you are out! Don't let thieves spoil your vacation.
  • Upon check-out, take a walk-through to confirm you didn't forget any personal items. Make sure to check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden treasure. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Inspect the rental one final time and look for damages to contents or the property itself. We recommend inspecting the property with the host whenever you can. If the property manager isn't available, ensure that you take photos and video of the rental to record its condition.
  • Did your group have a terrific time? Most rental websites make it easy for vacationers to provide feedback. If your property and/or property manager was fantastic, they will likely appreciate your kind words. If anything was inoperable and they failed to fix it within reason, or if the vacation rental wasn't as described, you'll want to make it a point as part of your comments.
