Located on the second row of Holden Beach, 334 By the Shore is a gorgeous home that has been professionally furnished and landscaped. With beautiful ocean vistas from every floor and front porch, as well as vistas of the Intracoastal waterway from the back, the scenery does not disappoint!

New to the rental market and in like-new condition, the home has a total of 5 bedrooms, 5.5 bathrooms (each with granite and tile), and a reversed floor plan. Upon entering the home, you will find a sitting area with a intelligent TV as well as four bedrooms with queen-sized beds in each, all with their own bathroom.

The next floor up, is where the elegant master bedroom (with a king-sized bed) and bathroom are located, as well as the living room (which has bespoke constructed-ins, a huge intelligent TV, and an electric fireplace), the kitchen (which features bespoke cabinets, granite and stainless steel appliances), the dining room (which sits 6 at the table and 3 at the bar) and a half bath.

The third-floor loft, which showcases unbelievable ocean vistas and is accessed by a wrought iron staircase is where you will find another sitting area as well as a twin-sized day bed. This home also features an outdoor shower, a vinyl fenced-in backyard, over 1,200 SF of covered porches, and wood floors throughout.

The public beach access is located just 25 feet from the home making it a very fast and simple commute to get to the beach! The home is also equipped with beach chairs, body boards, and a beach cart to pull everything to the sand! This is the ideal home for your family or multi-family beach hideaway!

Kitchen amenities include: a tea kettle, drip coffee maker, blender, toaster, crockpot

In the peak season (Memorial Day- Labor Day), we provide all bed linens, 1 set of towels per person (1 set includes 1 body towel, 1 hand towel, and 1 wash cloth), and a kitchen towel. In the off season, linens and towels are an optional fee at the time of booking. We provide a basic starter pack of essentials for your first day including a roll of toilet paper in each restroom, hand soap, a roll of paper towels, and a trash can liner.

About the Area

Located in Holden Beach, this vacation home is near the beach. River's Edge Golf Club and Carolina National Golf Club are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Holden Beach and Caswell Beach. Planet Fun and Museum of Coastal Carolina are also worth visiting.

  • June, July, and August are the most expensive months in Holden Beach. To get the most suitable rental home for your budget, we suggest booking in Fall or Spring months. You'll benefit from lower rates, better selection, beautiful weather and the absence of large crowds at Wilmington, NC restaurants, beaches, and activities. Many vacationers use this method to find larger homes within budget, or to reserve a beach front rental that would otherwise be unavailable during the high season.
  • In the Wilmington, NC area, The sooner your group can reserve a vacation home, the easier your search will be. The best rental properties are reserved very early. Booking your rental six - twelve months before your vacation is recommended. Winter holidays are excellent times to search for and reserve your rental property.
