The Respite, privately owned 9th row home located on the West end of the island, House bordered by vacant tons on both sides with extraordinary vistas and gorgeous sunsets. Interior amenities include a washer, dryer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, central heat & air, 3 color cable TVs, 2 DVD player, WIFI & ceiling fans. Exterior amenities include an outside shower, screened porch, roof deck & covered porch. This is stringently a ***NON SMOKING*** & ***NO FAMILY PETS*** home. Vacant lot supplied w/rental for games or additional parking. HOME IS NOT EQUIPPED FOR ELECTRIC CAR CHARGING
