Interior amenities include a washer, dryer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, central heat & air, 3 color cable TVs, 2 DVD player, WIFI & ceiling fans. Exterior amenities include an outside shower, screened porch, roof deck & covered porch. This is stringently a ***NON SMOKING*** & ***NO FAMILY PETS*** home. Vacant lot included w/rental for games or additional parking. HOME IS NOT EQUIPPED FOR ELECTRIC CAR CHARGING
