This gorgeous Intelligent Home offers keyless entry, three completely covered porches, and one full open deck for extended outdoor living. Inside this elegantly appointed inverted home are 5 bedrooms, 5 full ensuite bathrooms, dining seating for a dozen, and an electric fireplace. Flat-screen TVs in every bedroom and sizable 75" Intelligent TV in the family room, each with streaming capabilities. The kitchen is entirely supplied including a crockpot, steamer pot, wine refrigerator, and Keurig duo coffee maker (K-cup pods and carafe for ground coffee). This is the ideal space for a coastal beach vacation.

Outside savor multiple sitting areas, an extended pool decking, an enclosed pool fence with tables, a couch, chaise loungers, a putting green, a cornhole, a gas grille, hammocks, and an enclosed outdoor shower. The pool was resurfaced in 2023 with a stucco quartz gem finish, and refreshed floor was installed in bedrooms and common areas in 2022.

The home provides a residential passenger elevator to make loading and unloading a breeze! No need to tote groceries and bags up the stairs. Please read and follow all posted rules.
