The first floor features two bedrooms—the first with a king bed and the second with a queen—each offering an attached full bath with a shower-only layout. Upstairs, guests will find another queen bedroom and a second bedroom with two double beds, both also featuring private full baths with showers only. A third upstairs bedroom includes two additional double beds and a full bath with a shower/tub combination, providing additional versatility for families with kids.

The home features a kitchen with modern appliances and thoughtful amenities, including a Keurig and brewstation, blender, and sizable seafood pot., crock pot and food processor. Additional conveniences include keyless entry, a washer and dryer, central heating and air, and high-speed Wi-Fi. For entertainment, the home offers six Intelligent TVs with Youtube TV in the living area and in each bedroom -- ready for streaming with your own accounts for extras such as Netflix/Hulu etc.

Sheets, bedspreads, and pillows are supplied for each bed to ensure guest comfort and convenience during your stay. Bath towels are supplied for the max. occupancy of the unit, and all linens are cleaned and maintained to high standards prior to each new occupancy. Linens will be delivered in a labeled bag and placed outside of the door prior to arrival. At the end of your stay, PLEASE PLACE ALL USED LINENS BACK IN THE BAG AND LEAVE IT OUTSIDE THE FRONT DOOR FOR PICK UP. Paper and soap products are not included. The linen package is supplied with every reservation and is not optional.*

ALL OUR RENTALS ARE NON SMOKING AND NO FAMILY PETS ARE ACCEPTED.

A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining 50% balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
In the event of cancellation, refunds will only be issued if the property is re-rented for the same dates and rental rate. If re-rented, all payments will be refunded, less a our administrative and convenience fee.
If the property is not re-rented, all payments are forfeited.
This cancellation policy supersedes Vacation Rental By Owner’s platform settings and applies to all reservations booked through Williamson Realty Vacations.
