The inverted floor plan provides exceptional ocean vistas from the upper-level living room as well as the dining and kitchen. Totally equipped kitchen with SS appliances: refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, and oven/stove. There is a washer and dryer, iron, and ironing board. Flat screen TVs in each bedroom and huge 55” flat screen Intelligent-TV in the living room. Subscription Intelligent TV App and wireless internet included. Convenient outside hot/cold enclosed shower to rinse off after appreciating a day at the beach or swimming in the pool. Charcoal and gas grille onsite. Plenty of covered parking and guest storage shed available at ground level. Linens and towels for total number of occupants are supplied - all beds are made. Non-smoking, no family pets. Sleeps 13.
