The inverted floor plan offers open concept living, dining and kitchen areas ideal for gatherings of family and friends. Includes a gas fireplace for winter guests. The sizable modern kitchen is completely equipped and has stainless steel appliances and a gas prepare top. Dining table seats 10 and the eating counter seats 4. Home has 5 bedrooms each with a private bath. Wood floors throughout except for tile in the bathrooms. Master bath has enormous shower that is handicap-friendly (a wheelchair can be rolled into the shower). Plenty of deck and porch space to appreciate the sun or shade.
